I just submitted the following to the Bulleit Bourbon Outdoor Adventure essay contest:
My ideal outdoor adventure would be a week of camping in the beautiful but unforgiving deserts of New Mexico. My friends and I would explore the terrain of the region by day and at night we would look at the stars, contemplate the universe, and search for unidentified flying objects.It is hard to write an essay that is under fifty words in length.
