Back Into Blogging?

As Facebook increasingly takes over the ways in which I use the web socially, I find that I'm missing the feeling of just writing an ordinary blog post. I've been cycling through a series of obsessive interests lately at breakneck speed, and I feel like I should be collecting my thoughts about these interests into bits of prose longer than a status update. I think this is an outlet I need or organize my thoughts. Also, this will prevent me from talking way too much about George Carlin to my spouse.

Glad you're writing blogs again. I hope to get back into it myself and actually make it routine, something I never quite did before. It's odd how Facebook, which tries to be your everything, somehow still leaves a void.Post a Comment
