Scissters

It's Friday, so check out a special, freaky-ass, funky, Friday video from the Scissor Sisters:
I do not watch Dancing With the Stars, but upon hearing that the aforementioned siblings would be performing I made it a point to tune in last night. It was very bizarre to see my beloved, freakity-ass Scissors performing on a show where some sort of Iglasias might feel more at home. It was cool indeed, but the above video is much better.
I plan to see some sort of free recital at the Music Building tonight featuring a soprano, a horn, and a piano. It looks to be a strange combination, but I'm intrigued and it's an excuse to dress up and head out and feel all cultured. Yeah, suck it, Ohio State, we're cultured here in Iowa! (We are playing Ohio State in football this weekend. It is an athletic contest involving body armor and butt-pats.) And if you don't think culture can kick your ass, buckeyes, then you've never been in a small room with an operatically-trained soprano.
Later, Klake and I are thinking it would be fun to download the demo version of Lego Star Wars II. You can build vehicles out of klunky, squarish blocks and even customize your klunky, squarish character. You can unlock a secret code that lets you build a Leah with a Chewbacca dick.
